Help & FAQ
Quick answers before you email support@edgefast.ai.
Journal, My Bets & Edge Board
- What is "Just checking the price"?
- Before you upload, choose Log to journal (default) or Just checking the price. Price-check grades run the same analysis and use one graded analysis, but do not save to My Bets unless you tap Log to journal afterward. Manual bets added without a screenshot never use a graded analysis.
- What happens when I save vs post?
- Logging stores the slip in your private My Bets journal only you can see. Posting to the Edge Board (EdgePro or EdgeMax) makes the pick public to the community in the Upcoming lane if the game is still tailable.
- Can I remove a slip from My Bets?
- Yes. Open the slip in My Bets and use Delete. This removes it from your private journal. If you posted a settled pick to the Edge Board, that public record stays visible even after you delete the slip. If you delete before settlement, the board post is marked removed before settle — still visible on poster history as withdrawn, not erased.
- What is a "Sourced pick" on the Edge Board?
- Sourced picks are labeled archived example slips we grade for calibration — settled evidence, not live picks from EdgeFast users. They are not tailable and never appear as your posts. Use them to see how grades map to real slips, not as betting advice.
What counts as a graded analysis?
- What uses my monthly graded-analysis quota?
- Screenshot uploads you analyze on EdgeFast — 10 per month on Free with light detail, 100 on EdgePro with full detail. Manual journal entries and re-viewing saved slips do not consume quota. Bulk backfill of already-settled slips is free; live or upcoming games in backfill use one graded analysis each.
- What slip types are supported?
- Singles, parlays, SGP, and SGP+ for NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF, NCAAB, WNBA, UFC, and major soccer. Futures, cricket, and novelty specials are not supported yet — unsupported slips are rejected before a credit is charged.
Grades & expected value
- What does my A–F grade mean?
- Your grade compares the price on your slip to a fair no-vig market estimate. A higher grade means better expected value (EV) at the time you placed the bet, not a prediction that you will win.
- I won but got a D (or lost with an A). Was EdgeFast wrong?
- Not necessarily. Grades measure price quality, not short-term results. A bad-price bet can still win, and a good-price bet can still lose. Variance is normal over small samples.
- Why is there no “best price” for my prop or SGP?
- We shop prices when our data feed has a confident match for that market. Player props, niche markets, and some SGP legs are harder to match, so you may see a grade without a line-shop suggestion.
- The AI misread my screenshot
- Open the slip in My Bets and use Edit details to fix teams, odds, or legs without re-uploading. For fresh extractions, use Report an Issue on the results screen. A clear, uncropped screenshot with all legs visible works best.
Pending & settled bets
- Why is my bet still “Pending”?
- We update results after games finish and official stats are available, usually within a few hours and sometimes longer for props. You’ll see WON, LOST, PUSH, VOID, or NO RESULT in My Bets when it settles. Live and upcoming games stay pending until final.
- Will I get notified when a bet settles?
- Yes. In-app notifications and email (if your account email is verified on Profile). Enable push notifications in your browser if prompted.
- A slip stayed pending for days
- If we can’t match the event to final results (postponement, void rules, or feed gaps), a slip may remain pending, show NO RESULT, or eventually show as ungraded. Email support@edgefast.ai with the My Bets link.
Plans, billing & refunds
- How do I cancel?
- Profile → Manage Billing (Stripe portal). Cancel stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
- Can I get a refund?
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or if you were charged in error. Contact support@edgefast.ai within 30 days of a mistaken charge with your receipt.
- I paid but I’m still on Free
- Tier updates usually appear within a minute. Refresh Profile or sign out and back in. If it’s been 10+ minutes, email support with the account email you used at checkout.
- What are credit packs?
- 1 Credit = 1 full graded analysis. Credits stack on any plan and expire after 180 days. Purchased credits deliver full-detail analyses — a taste of EdgePro — and are used after your monthly quota. They expire 180 days after purchase.
Usage limits
- How many betslips can I grade?
- Free: Unlimited bet journal · 10 graded analyses/month with light detail. EdgePro: 100 full graded analyses/month. EdgeMax: 300/month. Edge Board posting requires EdgePro or EdgeMax.
- What happens when I hit my limit?
- You'll see upgrade options on the upload screen. Wait for your monthly reset, upgrade to EdgePro, or buy credits at Pricing. Your unlimited journal stays available — keep logging manually anytime.
