Welcome to EdgeFast. By using the analyzer, Edge Board, account tools, or paid subscription features, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to use sports betting information in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for every wager you place. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Subscription and Access

Free accounts include an unlimited bet journal plus 10 graded screenshot analyses per calendar month with light detail on all supported slip types (singles, parlays, SGP, and SGP+). Manual journal entries never consume graded analyses. ROI and per-slip CLV (when captured) are included on Free. Paid plans add full-detail analyses, all-books line shopping, Edge Board posting, avg CLV breakdowns, and other features listed on the pricing page. Plan limits may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. One-time credit packs add full-detail graded analyses after your monthly quota; purchased credits expire 180 days after purchase and are non-refundable except for billing errors. You can view or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

2a. Affiliate Links

EdgeFast may include links to sportsbooks where we earn a commission if you sign up or deposit. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you receive from the sportsbook. We disclose affiliate links adjacent to shop callouts in the product.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

All subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Canceling stops future renewals at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@edgefast.ai.

4. Informational Use Only

EdgeFast provides informational analysis only. Grades, EV estimates, and prices are not betting, financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place. EdgeFast is not a sportsbook, gaming operator, or licensed gambling service.

4a. Third-Party and Sourced Board Content

The Edge Board may include labeled sourced picks (archived example slips) shown as settled calibration examples. These are not posted by EdgeFast users, are not tailable, and are not betting recommendations. Community posts from EdgePro and EdgeMax members reflect their own decisions; EdgeFast does not verify outcomes or endorse any pick.

5. Availability and Accuracy

Sportsbook lines, market data, extraction results, and analysis can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify your betslip and the available price directly with your sportsbook before placing a wager. EdgeFast makes no guarantee of continuous or error-free availability.

6. Intellectual Property and Uploaded Content

When you upload a betslip image, you grant EdgeFast a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely to provide the analysis service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload images containing other people's personal or financial information without their consent. 7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. EdgeFast may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or use the service in ways that harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; subscription fees already collected are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeFast LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any gambling losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to EdgeFast in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of EdgeFast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days in advance.

10. Responsible Gambling

Bet responsibly. Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org for support.
